Meet Ted Yates

Mr. Yates is a 1993 graduate from Kent State with a degree in Accounting and a 2005 graduate of Cleveland State / Marshall College of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate and Master of Business Administration degrees.  Ted is a resident of Twinsburg and has always remained active in serving his community.  He has served as Chair of the Parks and Recreation Commission and is currently seated on Twinsburg’s City Council.

Ted is admitted to practice in both Ohio and Alabama and is licensed to practice in all levels of Ohio State Courts and the U.S. Federal Court for the Northern District of Ohio.   Ted is currently serving as Assistant Solicitor for the Village of Windham. At Christley, Herington and Pierce, Ted has a general practice of law, with emphasis on Estate Planning, Probate, Estate Administration, Zoning and Land Use, Municipal Law, Domestic Relations, Real Estate Transactions, General Corporate and Mechanic Lien and Construction Law.
